Yes that’s what I saw online too, form E33. If you’re mailing it make sure to send it as registered mail (with acknowledgement upon delivery) and keep a copy for yourself. That’s what my lawyer did so you know that they got it.
My experience was to change my address since we moved. I had to fill-out a form. My lawyer submitted it to them but I had to fill it out and sign.
I’m thinking it’s the same but I checked online about your situation and this is why it says:
To change your lawyer's address in immigration...
Yeah same thing with me. We checked with the lawyer and they said we’re on the list and the only thing that we need to do is wait. He also said there’s nothing to worry about what’s going on since we already received the verbal approval.
I honestly don’t know much but I hope it won’t affect it at all because it was just an honest mistake on their end. I’m sure they are processing a lot of application right now and it’s probably just a typo error.
Yeah I think that’s the best solution and hope that they expedite the processing so you don’t have to wait that long. Just a tip for renewals, I always include the sheet that has the barcode from the previous ead. I feel it makes it easier for them to process it.
