Did you find out why it took so long?

My final verbal hearing was Oct 4,2021 in Newark NJ. I got granted April 10,2025.

Did you go to your infopass appointment? I requested it last week but got an email that they have referred my case to the local field office.

Did they call you? They usually leave a message and number. My husband missed it 2x but they left a message for him to call them back.

I’m not really sure but it’s probably best to call them to ask if you need an appointment to go there or you can just do it online. So much have changed after the pandemic. But I know that you need to let them know esp if your SS card have the restriction that says should be with ead.

Yes, they need to remove the restrictions on your SS card.
