Hello, My 1st 3 yrs H1B expiring on Sep'08. Because of some personal reason I am travelling to India in April and coming back after couple of months. My questions are: 1) Can I renew my H1B for another 3 years during this visit? As I dont know it is ok to renew before September month...- hmca
