Hi , My spouse has got the H1 visa approval on October 2007 but not stamped. Due to urgency she had to go to india, and there are no payslips nor the W2 forms. If she comes here on H4 status now, Will the H1 be valid. I heard from one of my friends, which is not sure that. If i can get...- shehar
