H1 B Agreement
Hi, I am working for a Indian company and currrently in USA on H1B. I have signed a agreement that I cannot leave the company while being in USA. But i have a good offer , can i go ahead with that offer. can the company take any legal action against me. please let me know. Thanks- nikhilp
