    H4 to H1

    HI, Could some one please clarify: I am on H4 and visa valid till October 1st. I have been approved H1 (COS). If I go out of US can I enter on H4 before October 1st (visa valid till October 1st) and then start work from October 1. WIll there be any possible issues at POE Thanks in advance
