Hi, My 6th of H1B year expires in July 2004. My fiance is on a H1B also, and she has 5 years left on her VISA. If I convert my status from H1B to H4 on my wife's visa (assuming we get married soon :) will I be able to stay in the US even after my 6 yrs are up on the H1B ? Thanks for your help.

Hi, My 6 yrs on H1B expires in July 2004. My fiance is also on an H1B, but she has more than 5 yrs left on her VISA. If I change my status from H1B to H4 (assuming that we get married :) can I stay in the US for more than the 6 yrs on my H1B ? Thanks for your help.
