AC21 elgibility
Hi I filed my labor under perm and got cleared on NOV2005 and 140 in October 2006 . I would like to know if I am eligible for AC21 at all or is AC21 suitable for concurrent filing only . I would also like to know if we can send the 485 application to INS and receive the receipt date...- arvindhsesh
