    Couldn't have say it any better, even in north america, most agree with that (although the northern part of the westcoast weither Canada or USA is great for raising children). Canada is for family people, affordable schools, not so much about gang culture ect... USA on the other hand is for hard...

    the visa issuance are very small... for Angola for instance, it averages about 40 to 50 winner per years (3% chance of being selected...) But the visa issuance are around 5-7... once it reached 14 but was the only time it topped 10

    We didn't stay in Vancouver, we just went there to take our plane to Montreal. We didn't even got out the airport... But from what I saw in the plane, Vancouver look very beautiful... But very expensive to live in

    From what I know, the only way you can claim your parents country is if they were only VISITING... being a student or temporary worker is being a resident.... One thingh though... why so many people never even check if they are eligible before applying...?

    Well, not sure but on this forum, there is a guy from Vancouver who flew all the way to Montreal for the interview... For me it is all good if I by the grace of god get selected because I live in Montreal...
