Help!
Hi, I am looking to hire an employee on H1 (the first sponsored employee) for my nascent startup company . I am currently on H1 Visa and have been told that I can not file the petition as an employer as I am not US citizen. Can someone illuminate me on this topic, please! Thanks,- got_h1
