    I have sponsored for my brother and he has got his interview in Delhi. Hoping that he will get GC, how long can he delay coming to USA. He needs some time in India as he has business to wind up. Is there a time-period by which he needs to be here in USA? Please advise. Thanks in advance

    Family based immigration at Delhi; need to postpone

    I have sponsored for my brother and he has got his interview in Delhi. He does not want to come now and wants to postpone. Is it advisable. Also after the interview and approval of Green Card, how soon does one need to come to USA. Please advise. Thanks
