    Maintaining H1B Status - Help?

    I filed I-130 for my spouse who is on H1-B. Does she can stay without getting pay stub (assuming the sponsoring company does not cancel the h1b)? If she stays without getting pay stub, does this cause any problem later on (may be after 3 years) when we file I-485? Thanks
