    can i apply for AOS during I-824 processing ?

    hi all i submitted an I-824 for a CP after my 140 approval (EB1 category) because i heard it was faster than AOS. but 5 months later, no developments ! do you know if i can file for AOS now while the I-824 is still alive, or can i cancel the I-824 ? what do I do now ?
