Hi all, I am in U.S. for more than 3 years. I have extended my visa in May 2005 and then transferred for 2 times. I didn't go for stamping yet. Now I want to visit INDIA so should I go to India for stamping or if I go to Canada that should be OK? I don't have U.S. educational degree but I...- tsindia

Hey folks, I am in US for more than 3 years. Extended and transferred H-1 in US. Now wanted to go to India this year end.So thinking to go to Canada in this summer for stamping as heard that its better to go to Canada than India for stamping!! My concern is, should I go to Canada or not...- tsindia
