H1B Petition Extension in India
I got my My first H1B petition and Visa in India but I could never use that Visa. My Visa is expiring on July,30th 2004. Can my Company apply for petition/Visa Extension from India in this one month??- ranjit2705

H1B Extension in INDIA
Hi Guyz I have used my Current H1B for only 2 Years out of 6 years. My Visa is expiring on December 30th 2004. My company is sending me Back to India next month and most likely I will be in India during that time. in that case waht will happen to my H1B VISA? Should I apply for an extension...- ranjit2705
