Not at all Dude. Relax. They still can allocate you a number. You said that they got your wife's certificate on 25th of July, that means that visas for August have been allocated. Now they should be allocating visas for September so you might just get yours.

It has nothing to do with case number but visa allocation. If your number is below 40150 your visa has been allocated to you. Unless something went wrong either at KCC or the consulate. As you can see they are still issuing visas in Warsaw and 39792 got their visas today: Issued Immigrant...

I agree. Just saw a post from Warsaw. A couple was put on AP because they got married in July and they did not bring any proof of their relationship. They have been told to send photos, tickets and all the other stuff by courier and they will get their visas. Nobody was saying anything about...

A Dude in Warsaw got his visas yesterday and is getting his passport back today via courier. There was nothing mentioned about visas running out. More people are having their interviews today too, we will know by tomorrow if they are still issuing visas.

Don't worry Chicago! Nothing is set in stone. They are not cancelling interviews yet, let us wait for the bulletin and see if they keep issuing visas in next few days.
