There are many such cases where cases appear to have been skipped. We can't know why in all cases, KCC haven't explained. However, it seems pretty much certain that no further 2NLs will be sent for DV2024 and DV2025 2NLs have started.

SYD just marked 4 cases as READY – one AS region and 3 OC. The numbers for the OC region are: 2024OC2002 2024OC2032 2024OC2045 As you can see, although the VB went crazy high, SYD didn’t go that far – not even close. SUV on the other hand took cases to nearly 2600. That’s kinda unfair – but...

Unfortunately, the VB being current up to 50,000 does not mean there is a chance for many cases that high. Several embassies have reached their capacity with numbers in the low 30's. So it is likely you won't get a 2NL
