CHANGING JOBS WHILE i485 PENDING
My 1-140 was approved in September 2001 (EB2). Reciept date for my I-485 is November 9 2001, and I have fingerprinting next week. My question is, at what point can I change employer...??? I keep hearing about the so called 180 day rule...what exactly is this and what does the 180 day period...- E. Dadi

Missed FP appointment
Okay I\'m an idiot, I misread 2/26/02 as 2/28/02 and so missed my FP appointment by 2 days. I immediately sent the request for rescheduling which the local ASC recieved on 3/1.
