    H1b 6yrs date or I94 date, which is valid?

    I came to US in april 1999 and so my 6 yrs will be completed in apr 2005. However my current H1B I 94 is valid till 06/2005. Which date is primary for status, the end of 6 yr period or the date on current I 94? Thanks

    Is it allowed for two different employers (in different states) to file for labor certification for the same employee
