Tipotodo, I think the processing date for TSC as of feb 20, 07 for EADs is dec 4, 2006, which means atleast a 90 day wait. Wht is NSC's processing date?

Thanks Techy2468. While USCIS clearly mentions for H1/L1, nothing is mentioned for O1's and this is very frustrating as no one is clear on the USCIS rules governing O1 on re-entry after AOS.
