    File I-130....can i file I-485 seperately.. We already filed I-130. the current processing date is dec'2004. my I-130 will take approximately 1.5-2 years. can I file I-485 and EAD applications before I-130 approval. can we proceed with I-485 filing with the receipt no. of I-130 Thanks
