after multiple of hours of spending on phone with travisa, they have asked me to submit the renunciation forms again, they got the process done, and sent the Renunciation certificate to me. The same stamp on the renunciation form , just like the stamp on cancelled passport.

I called Travisa today, after 3 Hour 40 Mts wait on the phone, someone talked to me, verified the file to tell me that they have not received the Renunciation Certificate paper from Consulate. They said they will followup with Consulate, and call me back in couple of days.

speakamericano, thanks for your reply. Yes, I submitted 2 copies of the Surrender Certificate, without any doubt. But I did not get any Surrender Certificate, except the cancelled passport. I will call Travisa, but not sure how they will handle this. Any body else in this forum, handled...
