H1 B Transfer question ( URGENT )
I have applied for H1 Transfer from company A to B in Aug 2005, Approval is still pending. I have 3 paystub from B, Can I apply another transfer to company C while my B's transfer approval is still pending. I have B's EAC number and don't have the INS receipt notice.
