    doubt regarding eb1a eligibility

    Hello all, I have seen many cases of EB1A G.C. Most of them (almost 99%) are persons having phd degree. My ques. IS PHD A NECESSARY CRITERIA FOR EB1A G.C. ? I hold two master degree in my profession but not a phd degree. So this makes me not eligible for EB1A G.C. ?
