I meant applying for his greencard once I get mine. Does my parents petition get nullified like that? They filed 3 years ago...when I was single. So basically no change is allowed in the status no matter how long it takes for you to get the gc?- atat2007

I130 question
My parents filled my I130 application ( Permanent resident filing for an unmarried son/daughter over 21) about 3 years ago. I haven't recieved a final word yet. I am getting married in June(in India). Both of us are on H1-B visas here in US. From my research it looks like if I file for him...- atat2007
