Hi, I filed my NIW EB-2 application in late Jan. at TSC. My EAD and AP have been approved. I am now hearing rumors that 2010 is pretty bad for NIW approvals and many are RFE'd or getting denied. Is there any basis for these rumors? Any input will be appreciated.- htiger1
