Pending I-485 changing jobs and getting married to US citizen
Somebody please help! I currently have I-485 pending through my employer with PD 05/30/03. I want to change jobs which I understand I can do with AC 21. However I am also getting married to a US citizen soon and I am not sure what to do: 1. Do I file I-130 and I-485 all over again but now...- rada00
