Can H1 remain valid even after leaving the company?
One of my colleague (home country India) was working in U.S from Sep 2005 to Feb 2007. His H1 visa got expired in between, then after filing Visa extension it has now got extended till Jun 2009. Existing H1 visa validity after F1 visa stamping
Hi, I am currently on a H1B visa status in the US. My visa is valid till 2010. However, I now plan to pursue higher education from the US and plan to get a fresh F1 stamped from my home country.
