    How does the option 2 on info pass work, finally it is still the Service Center does the local immigration officer have any authority to approve your case or open an inquiry etc...

    agree, you don't see too much of labor ads selling now openly either with the PERM based labors sold the key objective people have now is to get the 3 yrs extn beyod 6th year...and some companies may just resort to get some money rather than turning them into piece of trash with those PERM...

    Either you must be EB2 or your PD is not correct as even in March your PD is not current and your logic of approval that moving of cutoff to Jan 01 caused your April 01 case to be approved is not plausible. Can you scan and post your 140 in the thread after removing the names/case numbers...
