H1 Transfer after FMLA/Maternity Leave
My wife is going for FMLA leave (maternity) starting next month. She is planning to start working after 3 months. Can she take H1 transfer to another company, if she don't have payslips for last 3 months. Is it a mandatory requirement to have current payslips for getting a H1 transfer.- HaritAnjali
