EB3 -> I-485 Application
I just got PERM on EB3 and applying for I-140, when can I apply for I-485? (PD is 03/2006) a. When visa numbers are available ie October 2006 regardless of PD? b. When PD is current ie in 5+ years? c. Other?! Thanks a lot- gc140485

PERM EB3 to I-140 EB2
I got my PERM based on EB3 and i'm currently applying for I-140 with EB2 checked? Is that possible and what is my degree of success? I have a Masters Degree in CS + 5 yrs of experience. Note: Reason we applied PERM on is EB3 because employer does not require Masters. Thank you- gc140485
