After code 2 FP yesterday and saw LUD on our 485s and at end of day I saw online update that RFE mailed for me and spouse. But today I do not see that update anymore. It has now update of 485 transfered and pending in TSC. Has any one got similar update ? Thanks

Looks like all 485 cases transfer from VSC to TSC not complete. So TSC unable to take action as per update I received from Congressman for our 485 cases which are transfered on March 7th. Update I got thru Congressman " " Currently our office has received all the A files for this family...

Gurus, is this necessary to extend H1B (7yrs +) when 485 pending? I am confused. Unable to take decision. Could not find a positive answer. Please guide me. My 7th year H1B expires on April 2006, 485 pending from last one year and 140 approved. Have a valid EAD until Feb 2007 but not working...

For filing I-140 , is it compulsory to include experience letter from the previous employer ? What are other alternatives if the same not available ? I appreciate your time. Thanks.
