    L1 and having a 'company on the side'?

    Hi I'm in the US on a L1A visa and are wondering if it is possible to have my own company (likely a LLC)? Not a serious big business; evening hours, from home, no employees and would take the business with me back 'home' when L1A ends... Any advise? Thanks Rob
