    I am a 2004 filer of Eb2 conc 140 and 485. 2003 similar filers - I have an impression that unless 485 is not ready to adjudicate 140 is not getting approved. Is it true to your cases. Are there any 2003 conc eb2 filers who got their 140 approved recently and waiting for their 485s approval...

    Hi UN, Thanks for the answer. I already did name check. Mine got cleared not my spouse's. Do I have to get the FOIA form for my spouse filled, notarized and faxed. Do I have to atttach any cover letter? Do you know any template for that? Do I have to add alien # info too. Thanks, Ananya
