You are not a legal citizen, and cannot vote. No one cares about your ill fate until you gain citizenship. The only reason this is done is because they know nothing will be done in return.

So all the I-485 getting to the centers as of today will be rejected, and the PD have all been rolled back. This is unfair to a lot of the people here.

You will definitely get one. I know that my lawyer called me to remind me, so I think your lawyer gets one too.

They filed before the dates retrogressed while others (me) missed that deadline and had to wait for the PD to catch up again. Sort of like the difference between people who file now and those who wont be able to file in September when dates are pulled back again.

Well, FP is only good for 15 months, and it only takes 1 day to verify via the FBI. So if you're stuck in name check, then thats the rate limiting step for now.

Processing dates have jumped to March 15th 2007.

Means they are processing all I-485 applications that have a RD of March 2007 (supposedly).
