My sincere advice is to stay on H1b until you your GC (if you can) I believe you know the pros and cons of being on EAD vs H1B and I stongly recommend not to change to your status to EAD when you can extend your H1B. I know this costs you extra money, but it is worth it..believe me. slkrk

I have been waiting for my I140 approval since April 22nd, 2005. My PD for the labor is 03/2001 and my case is filed using substituted labor and in EB3 category. Lets hope that we will also get our approvals soon..:)

I am in the same boat as you are and the only difference is my RD for I140 is April 22nd 05 and still wating for my I140. My case if filed in EB3 and it is tough to predict these ideatic buraeus...:) Hope we get our I140 approvals soon..
