I have the same case, I have not received my EAD card and online status saying card production ordered. I have been waiting for 2 months, when I called USCIS Nebraska, they told to re-file! WTF?!? I asked my lawyer, he said since I have got approval notice, it's mean I am okay and can carry on...- cipet
