Yes, my LIN exists in the list. As I said this is only a limited set of cases not each and every case for those dates. What I was trying to point out is even for those cases some seemed to have been approved which is kind of strange.

I took them at a proper photographer, I am thinking it might be my passport copies too because I remember they were not too clear in the first place and my attorney would have made more copies of them. I'll post the details of the RFE once I hear the details of it in a few days.

Hello All, For those of you who received the FP notice from NSC does the notice have the PD printed on it ? My FP notice has the PD printed but it is same as the receive date which is in Dec 2004 where as my actual PD is 4/2001 did anybody else see this ? Thanks
