Noone gives the original/certified certificate. May be they have asked for contact info, but u don't know for sure. U just go with what lawer says. let's wait and see

micro My lawer says , ins asked for the certified copy of degree which is not possible for us. i gave the degree certificate and contact info of india. I don't know whether that is the correct info from lawer or something else is there.

calgc I think in my case, it was for degree certificate check. Though mine mne is labour subs, the original labour was provided with 140 file. I think now a days , ins check the degrees in the home country also. May be ust to find out whether it's real degree or not??? what's ur thoughts?

You can only send after 60 days. Does anyone get the response for i140 that "waiting for information from overseas" after the query. That's what my lawer said. Pls share your views Thanks Hello

steve I think mine was regarding my own W2 and company tax papers and education evaluation. It was a sub labour. That's what my lawer told me and i didn't do anything. My lawayer submitted everything. Let's see how ot goes.

I am on the same page EB2 concurrent 140/485 RD 03/25/04 RFE on 140 Oct 16th replied on 2nd jan and status says only recived the evidences. No LUD after thst.

wildcat don't worry. You can postpon it as many times as u want. i have done that thrice. Mine originally was on 15th may, but finally i appeared in sep28 (after 3 postpones). You just have to write a letter with the original notice and give ur prferred date for appearance. That's it

Aka Generally it's 84 working days from the day notoce was issued. i think it is enough time, if you know what the rfe is.

Mine is concurrent 140/485 RD march 2004. RFE OCt 15th. recieved RFE Jan4th. LUD on Jan6th...Blah...got ur response and all....No news or LUD since then

Mine is sub labour. Rd/nd date 26th march. RFE on Oct 12th and replied on 4th jan 2005. No LUD till date except recieving the evidence on 6th jan 2005.....just keep hope on it
