No merger. Our offices were in the World Financial Center and after 9/11 we were displaced so we used the address in our mid-town office.
I was looking at the tracker. Sorted by ETA case no.. I don't usually do this because I try to be positive - I think you may have an issue.
Check your PM.
Either my employer or my attorney received a "Notice of Closure" letter. I didn't even ask who got the letter.
Do you have your case no.?
Thank you everybody for your good wishes.
I not only requested a screen shot. I had my attorney request status in October 2005. Philadelphia BPC responded that my case was being processed. Apparently letters closing your case are not issued when the 45-day period expires but rather when the case is about to be processed so when we sent...
Now that your case has been closed....
what are you going to do next?....I'm going to Disney World!
Well I got great news today….
My case was closed. In error of course.

It certainly is my turn....

Fragomen has sent both a fax and a letter via Fedex requesting them to reinstate the case. They are confident the case will be reinstated. My company has only had one other case closed in...
Recruiting is for non-RIR supervised recruitment procedures. As always, there are very paranoid people in this forum that truly believe PBPC is in some conspiracy. This is just a step that needs to take place as part of non-RIR.
Fragomen - also my attorney - is a very conservative firm. Not that that is a bad thing but...
The statement made by them should be "there is some risk if you are from a retrogressed country".
Also, considering that you can ammend your old case,ie you can update address, etc. then the risk...
NY non-RIR cases in process?
Hello all,
Especially those non-RIR I suspect.
Go to: http://atwork.nypost.com/
In "Search Keywords", enter: "484-270-1600"
You will get a list of postings for recruitment efforts the Backlog Center is doing. Mostly in the P-05031-XXXXX to P-05033-XXXXX...

Agreed.
Again, you are assuming Dallas has processed 10X than Philadelphia. Nothing wrong with going in with a hypothesis to try to prove it or disprove it.
Here is the issue with the "how many cases have you processed?" question:
1 - Do they have the same number of staff? Did they...
The Tracker, The Lawsuit and Life...
Hello all,
I logged in today to see what was going on in the forum and saw some discussion about the tracker and its accuracy to predict. Here are some thoughts...
Are their enough entries in the tracker to make it statistically accurate?
Yes and no...
Keep in mind that the numbers I gave you are for the Philly BPC only. So should probably X 2 the numbers to get cases processed.
The last count I have of cases is 349,000. This is for both BPCs and I have no way to split the number between the two.
Based on the processing estimates, BPCs...
Expert....far from it...
I wish I were an expert and could predict labor approvals!
Anyhow, that said, here is my GUESS:
Philly BPC has about 100 contractors -my guess is (FTEs):
- 30 are working on data entry
- 30 are processing
- Remaining - issuance of 45-day letter, update...
Don't freak out, a case turning to "P" does not mean the 45-day letter has been issued. If it is still "T" you can be assured that is has not been issued.
I have confirmation from PBPC that my case starts with a "P" but the letter has not been issued. Your attorney is probablt right.
I have not completed my 6 years yet. It will be August, plus I can recapture about 3 more months after that due to travel outside of the country. This is why, if I want a new job it needs to be now.
As for my PD, well, my category is not retrogressed. I don't think it will ever be (well those...
