    How to get H1B extension after denial of Labor certification

    Hi All, I am due for my H1-B extension and my labor certification got denied. My employer applied for I-140 through Substitution Labor. Can I apply my H1-B extension using substitution labor? If not, then, what are the options available? Thanks
