Hi,
I am on I-485 payrolle (not in H-1B) and recently got married
(2nd marriage) on dec 2008.My Ex-wife (1st wife) was in USA
(in H4) with me from 2005 to 2006 and left USA 2006 and currently
living in Bangladesh. I applied I-485 on July 2007 and did not apply
for my ex-wife (just put her name in application) that time and
our divorced made final on Oct 2008 and I got married (2nd) on Dec 2008.
Right now I am in Payrolle (not in H-1b, in EAD) and I want to apply
for my wife as a Follow to Join. In this regard My question is :
1) Can I apply right now for my wife during my green card process.
2) How can I start the process and how the process will be
It would be great if anyone can help me in this matter.
