Me and my family were greencard holders since 1994 n kept travellin every year.My Mum and bro are currently US citizens.I applied for citizenship in 2007, durin tht process my dad passed away in mumbai n mum went under shock so I came back n handled the house n the family busines..I traveled to US for the intrview. I got rejected on the basis of lack of good moral character as I had mentioned tht I had lived fr 5 yrs continuously in the US. After which I didn't travel fr 2 yrs. Last year I thot of doing an MBA in the US so I applied for returnin resident visa n this time I explained my dad n family situation n told them tht mum was nt well so I couldn't travel, STill they rejected my SB1.My family has properties in Mumbai and we get good rental income. I too have my own business venture. My mother and brother are US citizens but still they live in India and have taken an OCI.
I need advise to make my case strong so as to enter the US for my MBA.
