I asked for request 9/21 and received a letter 9/27 stating "your application info has been entered to the system which schedules applicants for biometrics at their local ASC. Biometrics appointments are scheduled as slots become available at the ASC. blah blah...."

I am sooo sorry I didn't notice your mail. anyway better late than never.all you have to do is call uscis 18003755283 then choose english then press 2 then 6 so you can talk to an operator. well tell them that you need a service request for biometrics. be sure you have your receipt number and A number if u have one. did u receive RFE?

I have filed for my parents GC, and have similar timeline as yours - with no bio-metrics appt yet.
Can you help me with details on - What procedure did you follow to get the Service request in?
