I meant USCIS National Customer Service Center (800) 375-5283. There are some categories that are subject of expedition including DV Lottery. By calling National customer service you can ask for and expedition. this will speed up transferring of you file from the National Center to you USCIS focal office. NBC is national benefit center which its contact is same as national costumer service.

hi, Chance1, look at the question 11 please. It is confirmed you can file anytime during the fiscal year. We also reconfirmed this information with USCIS personally. You must make infopass in your FO and explain them. Good luck

just take your biometric appointment letter that you got for your future date if you haven't got it yet and you are in hurry, have a infopass and have them make the appointment for you. Tell them that you are at the end of the fiscal year so you cannot effort loosing time. Also when you go to biometrics, be kind and gentle, if they say no just come back with out saying anything, instead of arguing try the different day with different people..best of luck..
