I too worked in TCS and very recently quit the company. I received a letter asking me to pay a huge amount. I would like to negotiate and come out of this completely.
It will be great if you could please advise me in the lines of negotiation, like how you contacted them and what are all the points you put forth to reduce the penalty amount, etc. Kindly note when I informed about my resignation, my BRM mentioned he will not release me from the project. As I did not have any other option, I came out.
I will really appreciate your timely help as I am planning to close this before I get any formal notice from attorney.(company gave me 10days of time to pay that amount).
