hello my name is metin bayar I am a crewmember I worked on cruise ship from 1998 since 2003 . on my last sining of from the ship I go for depart to the immigration office we crewmember alwayz do this before exit the usa this time they check my pasport and visa for inspection.the immigration officer told me that I over stay in the usa he said that I have two entry to the usa wiht holding B1 B2

visa in this two entry they gave me 6 mouth for each entry on one time I enter ıt was more than 6 mouth but it was extended he said this is ok there was no proplem.he said on my secound of*your entry why you didnt exten it.and he ask me questions where did you work,how did you earn money.who help you like this kind of questions .and I said I did not work and I said I didnt overstay but he didnt believe me and he decided to cancel my visa and he gave me a paper to sing it in the papar what it say I will write it on the bottom but before that I explain that I didnt overstay to you ok now

the reason my visa canceled was because of my B1/B2 I enter wiht this visa two times.every entry of this visa the usa give us 6 months to visit usa.on my one time I enter it was more than 6 month but not more than 7 months but anyway I extended there was no proplem wiht that entry that the immigration officer told me. on my secound of entry I stayed

two month in usa.before the I 95 was expire I sing on to the ship with my first visa I had C1/D VİSA 02/04/1998 But the immigration officer didnt check my first visa I have therefole he didnt see that I sing on to the ship wiht the first visa I had .I believe he saw just the visa B1B2*and my third visa C1/D.I believe if he see the first visaI have *he would see* my entry to the ship after two moths of my entry wiht B1B2 so what I say there was a mistake on my case I wonder how can I go back to the usa to work on cruşse ship between 1 moth to 6 moths I will get a contract from the curise ship to work again but I cant come back to usa before I get Attorney Genaral s advance permission.do you think the the embasy of turkey ankara would give me back my visa or what should I do now I write the paper they gave me
