I am a US citizen. Three years ago, I petition for my brother for immgration. I live in Michigan. On November 18, 2009, US Department of Homeland Security, Arizona office wrote me to provide birth certficate pf my brother, my birth certificate, my citizenship certificate. USDHS gave me just one month time. It was taking more time to get my brother birth certificate. So, I couldn't provide the information requested by USDHS. On January 8, 2010, I received a letter from Arizona Field office stating that my petition is denied due to abandonment. The office provide me an option to Motion to Reopen based on Abandonment Denail. The motion must be filed within in 30 day with $585 fee. The fee is too much for me to manage this time.

Will you please advise me what is my best options in this situations now. Thank you for your time and help.
