Yes, they put me in the 212(a)(3)(B) bar. And I have no clue why and how I'm put in that category. I had applied for Green Card in 1999. Had my fingerprint and biometrics taken 7+ times. I've also submitted medical. It just doesn't make sense to me. People I know with similar case as mine have already become citizens.

No update on 212(a)(3)(b) yet. Just waiting. I read in this forum that someone got approved later after filing a form relating to Freedom of Information. Are you also charged under this material support bar? What bothers me is that they do not mention why and how you fall under this. Any clue?

Please share any information regarding 212(a)(3)(B).
