Hi,

I am on F1 status in USA since JAN 2008. My visa expired on JAN 2009. I am still in USA.

My questions are:
1. My status is legal as my I 20 is currently in status.
2. I want to go back to my home country to visit but can I apply for visa stamping to Mexico??
3. What are the chances to get visa again??
4. If in Mexico my visa reject then can I come back to USA or they will not allow me to come back to USA??

Any suggestion wold be appreciate
